My big 3 keys to life!

Creativity

“As emanations of the infinitely wise and strategic creator, God, we are innately creative at our core… Creativity begins with an idea, a form of inspiration, and an outlet to be free and release. Exploring the realm of thinking outside the box and doing what you want, to expressing it artistically and physically. Whether that is writing poetry, digital art, modeling, dancing, cooking, decorating, making music, doing hair, storytelling, singing, etc. Along with all these different outlets you can choose from, there is no “right or wrong” way to do them. It’s all about self-expression. There are numerous ways to hone into your inner sense of creativity and the inner you. It’s all about finding what makes YOU feel inspired and then doing that unapologetically.”

Spirituality

“When it comes to spirituality, some people tend to think about it only in the “woo woo” crazy kind of way. Or they think about it in the form of religion, church, occults, and worshiping. Be that as it may, spirituality has connections to some of those things; but it isn’t inherently those things… When I think of spirituality, I think of everything. I think of a complete connection of self and the entire world around you. Finding a practice/religion that connects you to spirit and your higher self. We are spiritual beings living a human experience. Nourishing the relationship between the body, mind & soul and doing your part in society. Being aware of your presence, your thoughts, your feelings, and your present moments. Everything is connected in everything that we do. Every action has a reaction, and every cause has an effect. What matters most is how you are using your awareness to be the best version of yourself. Show up for you first, then the world around you.”

Individuality

“Individuality is the first step in taking control over your life. To find true love and compassion for self and for those around you, you have to know who you are. We’re complex and layered beings who’ve been taught that being “selfish” is wrong. Yes, there are negative aspects and connotations to selfishness. When others are involved you must be mindful of that. However, being “selfish” to some degree is important. Allowing yourself some time to truly connect with you is crucial. Learn the things that you like to do. Learn the things you love. Learn the things that make you tick. Learn the things that you do that make others angry. Learn the things you want to change about yourself. Learn the things you have to live with. But most importantly, you must learn to love yourself to the highest degree. When you learn to love yourself wholly and unconditionally, you learn to love the rest of the world. You see how connected and similar we all truly are; internally and externally as complex and layered beings. The life force inside of us that we grow to love is also the life force that’s inside of everything on this planet, just exuded in slightly different ways… So have compassion and be open to understanding other people and new experiences. There’s space for all of us to live as unique beings full of love and life. You just have to make sure that you are taking care of your light.”
