Living on autopilot.
Sometimes we can find ourselves so blinded by life’s circumstances that we almost forget we’re alive. It gets hard to keep track of the days and before you know it some months flew by. Trying to put the pieces back together but at the same time so tired of trying to stay afloat. Processing the days long after they have passed and realizing what you missed when you were awoke. Not realizing your wrong doings, not realizing your faults. You were stuck trying to cope and then you find yourself back at the start. Losing most of what you acquired then struggling to keep what you can. It almost doesn’t feel worth it and then the depression creeps in. But that’s when you turn yourself around and make the choice to make a change. Take accountability for where you are and stop getting in your own way. You are responsible for your life so your peace and happiness is up to you. Make amends with your past and start preparing yourself for the new. You can’t be the same person you were if you really want your life to change. Release old habits and mindsets and allow the new ones to rearrange. Show up more for yourself and your people with passion. The relationships you build with love will bring you satisfaction. You can find new hobbies or do the things that bring you joy. Like writing and exercise or even playing with some toys. It’s anything you can do that makes you glow and no one else. Doing the things that makes you feel like you’re living at your best. As long as you aren’t hurting yourself or anyone intentionally. You have every right to live your life proudly and authentically. Wake up to your present moment and allow your soul to keep shining. You miss out on so much in life when you’re stuck living on autopilot.
